Remote service
Remote service lets the Spectoda team or an approved service partner inspect and support selected installations without being physically on site.
When it helps
Section titled “When it helps”Remote service is useful when a project needs quick diagnostics, configuration checks, firmware guidance or support after the installation has already been handed over.
What it usually requires
Section titled “What it usually requires”- A project setup that supports remote connectivity
- A Gateway or another approved connectivity path where required
- Proper access rights for the service user
- A clear service agreement with the customer or installation owner
Remote service does not replace safe on-site electrical work. Physical wiring, power checks and hardware replacement still need a qualified person on site.
