Remote service

Remote service lets the Spectoda team or an approved service partner inspect and support selected installations without being physically on site.

Remote service is useful when a project needs quick diagnostics, configuration checks, firmware guidance or support after the installation has already been handed over.

  • A project setup that supports remote connectivity
  • A Gateway or another approved connectivity path where required
  • Proper access rights for the service user
  • A clear service agreement with the customer or installation owner

Remote service does not replace safe on-site electrical work. Physical wiring, power checks and hardware replacement still need a qualified person on site.
