How to add a new user

Users can be added to a Spectoda Network when the project owner or administrator wants to share prepared controls with another person.

Check that the person should really have access to the selected Network and that you are using the correct e-mail address. Access should match the person’s role in the project.

  1. Open Spectoda Connect.
  2. Select the relevant Network.
  3. Open the Network or access management menu.
  4. Add the new user’s e-mail address.
  5. Confirm the access level that should be granted.

The exact labels can differ depending on the app version and the prepared project interface. If the access menu is not available, ask the project owner or Spectoda support to adjust the permissions.
