Diagnostics and troubleshooting in Spectoda Connect

ProblemPossible solution
The app cannot connect to the lightsCheck that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the controller is powered. Also verify that the correct network is selected in the app.
The lights do not respond to commandsTry uploading the current animations. Go to Settings -> Update animations. If that does not help, go to Settings -> Troubleshooting tools -> Synchronize devices.
The app froze and does not load the user interfaceTry closing and reopening the app.
I do not see any network after signing inMost often, your account does not have permissions for the network. Ask a technician or administrator to share access with you. See How to add a new user.
