Most common problems and solutions

| The app cannot connect to the lights | Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the controller is powered. Also verify that the correct network is selected in the app. |
| The lights do not respond to commands | Try uploading the current animations. Go to Settings -> Update animations. If that does not help, go to Settings -> Troubleshooting tools -> Synchronize devices. |
| The app froze and does not load the user interface | Try closing and reopening the app. |
| I do not see any network after signing in | Most often, your account does not have permissions for the network. Ask a technician or administrator to share access with you. See How to add a new user. |
